A forward-thinking and growing automation systems integrator is seeking a Graduate Control Systems Engineer to join their dynamic team in East Sussex, to innovate in the original design of systems for a wide variety of industries and applications including Automotive, Pharmaceutical, scientific research, nuclear, special purpose machinery.

You will have the responsibility to work on the full lifecycle of control systems from specification, to programming, to testing and commissioning. You will work on projects for a broad range of clients both in the UK and worldwide, including Europe, Latin America, the US and Canada so a desire to travel is essential. The successful Graduate Control Systems Engineer will interact directly with clients to understand their requirements and work to their specifications. Your work could include PLC programming, HMI design, SCADA development, robot programming, electrical design and more.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced engineer to broaden their skillset and take on a varied role, or for a more junior engineer to learn from highly skilled senior team. To be successful in applying for this position you must have:

- Formal qualification in Controls Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering or related subject

- Some knowledge of or experience with PLC programming

This position could provide a salary of £24,000 - £29,000 depending upon experience, along with the chance to join a growing, exciting company who are passionate about delivering on challenging, cutting-edge projects. This position could also be based from their site in West Sussex if preferable.
