Desktop Support AnalystOur client, a leading company in the distribution and logistics field currently require an experienced Desktop Support Analyst who also has an understanding of .Net or SQL Server and can help provide application support.Role responsibilities:

'€¢Providing desktop support to the whole organisation'€¢Providing technical support of software products'€¢To take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues'€¢Investigation of any issues to resolution, including debugging code to identify / fix bugs'€¢Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries'€¢Assisting in documentation of software products

Skills required:

'€¢Windows Desktop technologies'€¢Microsoft exchange'€¢Any experience of Application support particularly .Net / SQL Server would be highly beneficial
