Service Desk Analyst

2 months plus extension

I am currently looking for a Service Desk Analyst who has extensive experience with Office 365/0365 to come in and provide support from a Service Desk level remotely to assist with any issues coming in via the phone.

The successful candidate will have previous experience of working with Office 365 and providing support, dealing with requirements over the phone and ideally have provided support with an Office 365 migration.

Essential Skills

* Office 365

* 1st/2nd Line Support

* Windows 7/10

* Previous experience of working in a Service Desk environment

* Good customer service skills
