We are seeking a PMO Lead to join a leading innovative data team in a prestigious organisation. Our client offers excellence in career growth, professional development and a coveted personalised benefits package.

We are seeking a driven PMO Lead who will be responsible for the development and management of the company wide programmes. The successful PMO Lead will manage programmes comprehensively, adapting to ever evolving state of the project. You will gain a holistic view of the programme and enable a smooth running of projects end to end

Key skills required:

*Proven success in PMO delivery roles within Business Change and IT

*Comprehensive understanding of how a PMO lead can effectively impact and steer programme success

*Develop and maintain the project library, filing, recording and reporting systems

*Excellence in communication and stakeholder management

*Ability to take junior PMOs under your wing and bolster their impact and understanding

*Recovering projects going off kilter, stabilising and bringing them back on course

*Driven desire to further ones own PMO career

The successful candidate will be managing key project areas, such as Risk and Issue management, Reporting, Change management. There will be governance and compliance aspects to consider as well. A candidate who displays financial and costing adherence will be ideal, and documentation excellence would be ideally sought too.
