As a Dynamics CRM Consultant you will be part of the team working to upgrade to Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Service. The business will need you to understand their needs and clearly communicate these with the development team.

This role will be able to provide longevity (the initial contract is available for 3-months) and a superb working environment (modern office and friendly team) and to this end, you will be made to feel part of the team and valued. In return, the business is hoping to appoint a Dynamics CRM Consultant who considers themselves to be a Microsoft expert; someone who is able to utilise their technical expertise and wholistic knowledge to overcome challenges in a positive manner and who can clearly communicate efficiently with representatives throughout the business.
