Ecommerce CRO Executive
The Digital Optimisation Executive supports Digital Product teams in the testing and deployment of improvements to the customer experience. They maximise revenue contribution from digital channels (principally ba.com and app) by optimising the customer experience to drive performance across agreed channels
You'll do
Organise and analyse quantitative and qualitative data for multiple Digital initiatives, including analysis of web data, heat maps, session recordings and user research - across both web and app.
You'll work with Digital Product teams to test new experiences & features that are aligned to strategic goals for Digital.
You'll Coordinate and manage test builds, from agreeing requirements, scope and plan to quality assurance, analysis and delivery.
You'll have
Experience of delivering optimisation activity using one or more industry recognised tools (e.g. Oracle Maxymiser, Adobe Target, Optimizely, Qubit, Monetate).
Experience of working within product/project teams, directly contributing to agreed deliveries.
Numerate with a high standard of accuracy with data, and strong interpersonal/influencing skills.
Strong technical skills - including use of data to drive hypothesis creation and spot trends.
Intermediate understanding of traditional web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern single page app frameworks (e.g. Backbone, AngularJS, React).
