Program Manager wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.

Your experience/skills:

* Experience in handling large scale tools transformation program, prior experience as a client service manager or transformation lead are advantageous

* Competency of tools effectiveness and continual service improvement

* Proficiency in implementing infrastructure, application monitoring, Moogsoft and AppDynamics

* Ability to manage key stakeholders interests for smooth integration and implementation of the tools framework and achievement of its objectives

* Languages: fluent English both written and spoken

Your tasks:

* Leading, guiding and coaching the team

* Managing support operations to agreed SLAs, cost of providing service within budgeted levels and risks and escalating appropriately to senior management

* Creating all quality documents as well as collecting metrics data and conducting audits

* Participating in technical design discussions and reviewing technical documents

* Accomplishing project plans and keeping track of schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards and compliance
