Hardware Design Engineer | Mixed Signal Electronics, Product Design | 6 months +

Are you looking for a new role at present? Or are you in a role, but are curious to see what other opportunities are out there? Perhaps you're in a permanent position, but want to explore the contract market - well if so then this role could be of interest.

I'm looking for an experienced electronics engineer to work on product design of a safety certified product (e.g. experience of automotive, aerospace or medical industries is good). This Bristol based company are developing a really interesting and ground-breaking product that is set for wider release next year after some final stages of research and development.

Location: Bristol

Type: Contract

Rate: £40-£50 per hour

Length: 6-9 months

Essential Skills

* Proven industry experience as an Electronics Design engineer

* Analogue design essential, some digital design a bonus

* Digital electronics design including microcontroller applications

* Basic firmware development in C or assembler

* Designs to meet internationally recognised approvals standards

* Design for manufacture

* RF, Bluetooth, Wireless connectivity

* EMC compliance for test

* Ongoing product support and enhancements
