This company are a market leader within the medical technology industry and are continuing to grow and expand massively as they continue to develop their well-established new and existing clients. To help take their business to the next level they are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their progressive and dynamic engineering team. Training will be provided for the specific industry.

The role is based in Andover and will see the person work closely with both domestic and international service engineers and provide support to both them and the companies growing list of customers. You will be extensively trained on the company's product in order to become an expert so you can provide first rate support.

The right candidate will either come from a Technical Support background or be a hands on engineer looking to come off the tools. They will be computer literate and be able to interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams and drawings.

The role:

*Technical support to Engineers and Customers

*Training and developing to become a product expert

*Logging cases and issues to support continuous improvements

*Office based role - Mon-Fri

The person:

*Able to read and interpret engineering and technical drawings/diagrams

*Electrical and Mechanical

*Computer Literate - MS Office
