I currently have a Supply Chain Manager/Associate Manager role in the pharmaceutical industry available in the Limerick Area.

Summary

The Manager/Associate Manager of Supply Chain will be responsible for batch disposition and fulfilment planning activities. They will coordinate internal and external teams to ensure that finished goods are available to meet all clinical and commercial demands. The successful candidate must exercise strong leadership, initiative and technical expertise. They must also be able to prioritize work, learn new concepts quickly and juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include,

* Manage the site batch disposition process, co-ordinate functional batch disposition meetings and follow up on any resulting actions with key stakeholders.

* Drive batch impacting events towards closure to facilitate timely disposition of all relevant internal and external batches.

* Manage delivery of product from both Tolling and local sites that meet customer requirements in line with service agreements.

* Oversee the process of collating and analyzing partner demand data. Incorporate partner requirements to the monthly internal S&OP process and provide all relevant feedback to the partner concerning supply in the regular weekly and monthly business update meetings.

* Co-ordinate order management activities incorporating receipt, acceptance and confirmation of partner requirements.

* Liaise with Warehouse & Logistics team for picking/packing/delivery activities and provide the partner with the necessary compliance documentation to facilitate receipt of material at the partner's facility.

* Review current activities in batch disposition and fulfilment planning on a regular cadence for alignment across sites. Understand any mis-alignment, conduct any necessary gap analysis and drive relevant actions to remove gaps.

* Provide analysis of key supply chain information to support decision making as required.

* Identify areas of opportunity within supply chain to support a more efficient and effective supply chain.

Experience and Required Skills:

Education and Experience:

* BS/BA in Business, Life Sciences or Engineering discipline with a minimum of 6+ years of related experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related industry, may substitute relevant industry experience in lieu of educational requirement.

* Excellent Communication skills and relationship management experience.

* Preferably will be familiar with the concepts of Toll Manufacturing and Customer Relationship Management.

* Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office.
