Job Title: Internal Sales Engineer

Location: Castleford, West Yorkshire

Salary: Negotiable according to experience

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

They now have an opportunity for an Internal Sales Engineer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Pump specification of PD and Centrifugal Pumps

* Cost and Margin Calculations

* High attention to detail

* Create and monitor quotes

* Liaise with Customers verbally and written

* Liaise with Customer Service

* Liaise with Development and Production Departments

* Manage Sales Project from cradle to grave

* Create Variant BOMS on ERP

* Create Project drawings on CAD

* Take ownership and responsibility for work

* Work as a team player but also be able and competent to work independently

* Constant will to learn from others and to self-educate

Key Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree or HNC in Mechanical Engineering

* 5 Years' experience as an Internal Sales Engineer

* Experience in pumps and pumping applications

* Experienced in Pump selection of PD and centrifugal pumps

* ERP system (NAV or Exapta) Preferably at least 2 years' experience (Candidates with experience using other comparable programmes will also be considered)

* High attention to detail and ability to deliver precise and correct results

* Strong verbal and written communication skills, Professional and polite Telephone Manner

* Microsoft Office Skills , Excel and PowerPoint

* Excellent organisational skills

* Strong ability to work independently and take responsibility for own work

* Strong ability to work as part of a team

* Strong willingness to learn
