Technical Support Representative

My client is a worldwide leader in outsourced multichannel customer experience management who are looking for a number of Technical Support Representatives to be part of the support team for one of their global Financial Service Software clients. In order to be successful you will need to be able to demonstrate strong customer focus and ability to manage and exceed clients expectations for support.

You do not need to have experience of supporting this software as you will be put on an internal training programme to cover all aspects of the system. You will however need to be able to show proven aptitude to learn complex technical and theoretical information quickly.

If successful the role will involve the analysis of inquires from their clients implementations, migrations and on-going usage to determine workaround solutions, identify training needs and product defects and communicate such solutions to the user. You must be able to prioritise and manage multiple complex issues and adapt to different challenges and changing priorities.

Ideally you will come from either a financial services background and be familiar with software packages used by these companies and have an interest and passion for IT or perhaps have done a degree in economics or finance and want to make a move into a more technical support function.

The role is a full time role with the flexibility to work a couple of days from home, but will require you to also be flexible to do occasional weekend-end on call in order to satisfy their clients 24x7 global support model.
