2nd line support engineer - 4 months - Bellshill

My client, an education technology company, is looking for a 2nd line support engineer to join them working remotely on a 4-month contract.

Role Responsibilities

For this role you will provide 2nd line technical support to internal employees, assisting them with PC, Server, networking and hardware problems via phone and email. You will be working entirely remotely. It is your responsibility to ensure that all SLA's are met and to take ownership of user problems and fix the issue remotely.

Key skills

* Must be able to explain and break things down in a simply in a technical manor

* You need to have great troubleshooting skills

* Able to juggle between jobs

* Can handle the pressure in a challenging busy environment

* Must have great knowledge of SLA

* Need to be experienced in Ticket Management

* Must have a good understanding of KPI'S

* You need to be driven and improvement focused

* You also should be confident & professional on and off the phone
