BPSS
* Minimum of 6yearsfocussed delivery using the following tools (in priority order):
* Report Studio
* Framework Master
* Dashboards
* Query & Analysis Studio
* Cognos 11 Certified
* Transformer
* Tuning & Troubleshooting
* Strong Inter-personal skills and the ability to work as part of a team
* An understanding of an Agile framework would be advantageous, but not essential
* Highleveldeliverables, include (takenfromRFQ):
* Post Sprint zero define expected story points and delivery
* Acceptance criteria approval (i.e. attain 'done' status)
* Successful implementation of Agile deliveries
* BPSS clearance required
* Minimum 80% onsite in Derby
