A growing recruitment agency who have a strong European client list is looking for an IT Recruiter to join them in Watford.

You won’t have a desk fee or any KPIs and you will be supported with the job boards you need plus LinkedIn and SourceBreaker (so no Boolean).

You will be joining a relaxed atmosphere in great offices 500 yards from Watford Junction Station.

As an IT Recruiter, your daily duties will include:
Creating and developing your own client base in the UK and across Europe.Using their relationships with European jobs aggregators to be introduced to new clients and vacancies.Developing sourcing and attraction plans to ensure a healthy pipeline of quality candidates for current and future requirements.Managing hiring managers expectations to ensure effective fulfilment of vacancies.Speaking to candidates, shortlisting people, screening on the phone, managing expectations, giving feedback and taking ownership for the experience for all of the candidates in your pipeline, regardless of whether they are successful or not.Managing internal candidate applications carefully to ensure anyone at risk is well supported and given a fair opportunity through the selection process, in line with policies.Recruitment activity will include posting roles internally & externally, CV sifting, candidate phone screening, interview scheduling, shortlisting roles, organizing and running hiring manager briefings, facilitating hiring decisions, advising and negotiating with candidates on salary and start dates, facilitating a smooth onboarding experience.Engaging with external talent through networking, researching, mapping, creating candidate pools and working effectively with resourcers to support you.Working with and maintaining the recruitment system with a high level of data integrity.Managing third parties and preferred suppliers, where necessary.Gathering and using market intelligence wisely to help source candidates and advise hiring managers on the availability of talent, skills, salary benchmarking, competitor activity.Supporting the team and taking a team approach to solving hiring challenges, not working in a silo.Flexibility to support across the team with project work and championing initiatives to help drive the entire function forward. To be a successful IT Recruiter, you will have the following skills and experiences:
Extensive experience as a 360-degree IT/Tech Recruiter.Articulate (verbal and written).Social and direct sourcing expertise (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter and use of various channels and tools to research and hunt down candidate details).To have developed and maintained relationships in HR teams.Essential that you have experience of working with/using applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems with a high level of data integrity.Awareness of recruitment related regulations and implications for candidate and hiring manager processes. In return for this IT Recruitment role, you will receive a remuneration of £100,000 - £120,000 per annum with no limit to what you earn!
