Global Programme Co-ordinator - Contract - London (work from home) - £180 per day

Key Roles and Responsibilities

In this position you will be required to:

1. Provide project administrative assistance to Global Project Manager, Global Programme Manager, the Programme Management Lead (PgML), and project teams.

2. Ensure that the project delivers the as-sold solution, while achieving quality criteria and maintaining client satisfaction.

3. Liaise with clients and ensure client satisfaction.

4. Ensure the programme manager is kept informed of the project progress, including RAIDC items.

5. Ensure adherence to relevant programme and project delivery methodologies defined within the company' and supports and enables programme performance

6. Comply with the agreed standards, governance model, methodologies and tools prescribed by the Programme Management Office for programme and project delivery

Experience

? More than 4 years' working experience

? Minimum 3 years' experience within a project delivery environment

? Minimum of 2 Years programme/project co-ordinator experience, preferably multinational technology services environment (LAN/WAN, IPT, VC preferred)

? Minimum 1 years' experience in working within global multi-national projects.

? Preferable to have a demonstrated ability to work with international clients, and have international experience of working with European, North American, and Asian teams, or a combination thereof, in the delivery of projects.

? Proven client engagement experience

? Experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints

? Preferable experience working in Remote/Virtual team environments

? Knowledge of commercial project/programme management i.e. managing programme/project Revenue, Invoicing, Cash Flow, Costs, Profitability, and Margin. Not only internal budget and cost management.

? Willingness to travel to client locations

Skills and knowledge

? Knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needs

? Assertive with client satisfaction orientation

? Good understanding of, responsibility for and ability in all aspects of the full project life-cycle

? Ability to manage client satisfaction, commitment and expectations to high service levels, profitability and manage escalations adequately

? Strong business acumen and good understanding of general technology concepts

? Competent in project change management

? Proven ability to remotely manage direct reports and remain in full control of teams
