Are you a Production Manager looking for an autonomous role where you can really stamp your mark on a team and implement ideas and processes?

This company have seen constant and steady growth since their establishment and are looking to continue that moving forward. This company design and manufacture a range of products supplied into the construction industry. They are now looking for Production Manager to run the facility in Stoke.

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operation of the production facility. You will be responsible for meeting production targets, health and safety, ISO Standards, profit and loss statements, and ensuring financial targets are met. You will also be involved in implementing continuous improvements processes through the production line.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in an autonomous role with the chance for future progression to a new, larger production facility.

The Role:

*Overseeing the production and operation of the site

*Hands on management

*In charge of Health and Safety, Budgets, Stock Control and maintaining industry standards

*Responsible for profit and loss statements

*Implement lean improvements across the facility

The Person:

*Production Manager experience

*Background in a construction or similar manufacturing related industry

*Lean belt or knowledge of continuous improvements would be beneficial
