(Contract)You will be leading a team of technical experts, assisting with the design and development of test architecture.This role is a great opportunity for a Lead QA Engineer/QA Manager with strong experience leading the QA process and pushing the environment more towards an automated environment.Your main responsibilities will be:
'€¢Collaboration with both testing and development team members.'€¢Architectural implementation of robust test automation processes.'€¢Provide technical leadership and guidance.'€¢Ensuring that the test team's collaboration provides continuous performance Improvement.'€¢Further development of staff and ability to upskill new employees when needed.'€¢Upholding responsibility for current projects with integrity.'€¢Proactive analysis with current processes and practices.
Essential Skills
'€¢Hands on experience with the ability to upskill other members of the team'€¢Hands off experience Leading a QA Team and the QA process'€¢Implementing tried and tested strategies in an Agile/Scrum based environment'€¢Proficient commercial use of Java & Selenium Webdriver'€¢Extensive experience in testing Web or Windows'€¢Extensive experience using Rest API'€¢Strong experience of Mobile testing'€¢Strong knowledge of the Development Process'€¢Great verbal and written Communicational skills
