Solution Architect - CRM contract role within this global brand. Initial three months contract with excellent prospects for extension. You will translate the requirements and specifications produced by the stakeholders into robust, flexible and secure solutions. You will be able to bring your knowledge and experience of CRM and customer management and customer data system to the table and support our client's CRM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:-

                                                                       Understanding of business data and business requirements

                                                                       Design solution to meet client technical approval

                                                                       Create technical specification for solution

                                                                       Evaluate and select software / products

                                                                       Work with suppliers / governance of suppliers

                                                                       Conduct and governance on supplier Designs / test strategy / unit tests / code / documentation reviews against corporate standards and strategy

                                                                       Work with other areas of technology team in order to realise end to end solution

                                                                       Assist project managers on project planning

Skills Required:-

                                                                       6+ years' experience as a Solutions Architect with broad experience and understanding of existing and emerging technologies, applications and suppliers

                                                                       An appreciation of strengths and weakness of different technologies, J2EE, SOA, EAI, Sales force and other CRM systems

                                                                       Good understanding of middleware & integration challenges

                                                                       Ability to evaluate software and products against business requirements

                                                                       Ability to turn business requirements into robust technical solutions fitting into corporate standards and strategy

                                                                       Excellent interpersonal skills

                                                                       Business savvy and capable of working with stakeholders

                                                                       Ability to model solutions using UML tools

                                                                       Experience in designing, implementing CRM platforms. Customer data systems would be very desirable.
