Job Title: Helpdesk Team Member

Location: Ulverston, Cumbria

Salary: £22,000 to £28,000 per annum

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Responsibilities:

* Provide first class support to existing customer base
* Analysis of problems and issues, seeking resolution or appropriate training
* Effectively escalate support cases to the internal development team when required

Key Requirements:

* Prior knowledge of retail businesses / Retail experience
* A sound grasp of ICT skills such as using MS Office
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Able to work to deadlines
* Resilient and upbeat attitude
* Ability to be able pick up new systems with ease
