Dynamics AX/ 365 Support Analyst - Ireland/ Dublin

Active requirement for an AX Support Analyst to join the team at an expanding, Ireland based end user site in County Dublin. The role offers a great chance to get hand on with Dynamics AX 2012, and also get involved in an upcoming upgrade to Dynamics 365.

The role will involve:

* 2nd/3rd line support to my clients Dynamic AX 2012 system

* Functional implementation activity including business analysis, process mapping, testing, training and documentation

* Face to face system troubleshooting with users, as well as remote based support

My client is in an exciting period of growth, and it is a great time to get involved with the business and help them move on to the latest version of Dynamics, Dynamics 365 FO. This office based role offers fantastic salary and benefits up to £45,000, along with an incentives package including 25 days holiday, 7% pension, healthcare benefit and brand discounts.

Ideally, candidates will be able to offer:

* Dynamics AX 2012 or Dynamics 365 support experience

* Expertise across finance/ operational modules

* Functional analysis skills (requirement gathering, process mapping, testing, training)

* Academic background in IT (Preferable, but not essential)
