Are you an Engineering professional with operational experience of the management and maintenance of heating distribution systems and BMS Controls, looking for a permanent, full time, autonomous, position offering excellent career progression and a regional patch to cover?

This is a newly created role due to business growth.

The company are a focused on the design and build of utility networks specifically for low carbon energy schemes for new build and regeneration sites nationwide. They are part of a group of utility companies that have been a major UK growth success story over the past 10 years.

The role will focus on the operation of heat and cooling assets and management of control systems. This will be hands on plus you will manage service providers to ensure activities are completed in time, maintain quality (including safety) and at budgeted cost.

Therefore tasks will include:

1 To coordinate maintenance activities, including KPI and SLA performance of sub-contractors in relation to generation, distribution and metering assets

2 Manage Energy centres, overseeing the performance of energy generation assets through management systems

3 Ensure planned and unplanned outages are managed, communicated and coordinated effectively

To apply for the position you should have:

1 Operational experience in the management of heating, cooling and generation plant and distribution assets.

2 Experience of BMS/trend systems etc. with the ability to programme controls and monitor system performance.

3 Proven experience in client and contractor management within the heat sector, including financial accountability.
