Dynamics CRM Manager, London, £40,000

I'm working closely with the UK's most esteemed artistic educational institutions who are looking for a CRM Manager to join their expanding team and hit the ground running in this vital role.

The core focus of this role will be to streamline the Dynamics CRM system and drive user adoption, so strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. The unique feature of this role is the autonomy you are given to customise and optimise the system for the organisation.

My client are looking for someone with the following skillset:

* Experience working with Dynamics CRM - including user support, producing training content and leading one to one and group sessions.

* Customisation and configuration of Dynamics CRM, as this role will be responsible for creating views, dashboards and custom workflows.

* Strong communication and stakeholder management- working closely with stakeholders of all levels whilst scoping, gathering requirements, managing expectations and overall pushing user adoption.
