In this role you will manage the shift (10 individuals) within the heat treatment department of this company. You will be looking after the furnaces and temperature controlled environments in the facility as well as managing a small team of operatives. This role will involve a variety of hands on and hands off work.

The ideal candidate will have worked within a heat treatment or similar department within a production or manufacturing environment. Ideally this candidate will have some supervisory experience too.

The Role:

*Shift Production Manager within the heat treatment department

*Working shifts (Days & Nights, Mon to Fri) 2 weeks days followed by 2 weeks days

*Manage a small team (10 individuals)

*Experience working within a heat treatment or similar role

*Have some supervisory experience

*Happy to work days and nights shift
