Spring Technology is currently recruiting for a Service Desk Manager, for an initial 3 month contract with our client in Leicester.

This will be 3 months initially with a pay rate around £350 per day.

Our client is undergoing a large amount of organisational change at the moment, and are currently within a service transition, they are looking to find a proactive Service Desk Manager, to lead their team of analysts, applying ITIL best practice. This is a good opportunity to use your knowledge of ITIL and experience in leading a team of analysts, to create a positive, customer focused environment in the service desk team, utilizing the FreshDesk tools to improve SLA's and KPI's where possible.

Skills:

*Service Desk team leadership or management experience

*Strong knowledge of ITIL standards, a qualification would be preferable

*Experience of service transition (ITIL Level 3)

*Knowledge of FreshDesk or FreshService

There could be a temp to perm option with this role, or a potential contract extension.
