Project Manager A leading UK award winning Software house, developing Bespoke software for businesses and start-ups.Looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage organisation of key client projects. Core Duties:

'€¢Coordinate internal resources and clients for predictable, transparent execution of projects;'€¢Plan and manage in accordance with the DCSL process;'€¢Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget;'€¢managing changes via Agile/SCRUM;'€¢Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques;'€¢Reports on project progress, offers viable solutions and opportunities as they arise;'€¢Manage the relationship with the clients and the DCSL team;'€¢Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;'€¢Develop project scopes and objectives involving all relevant parties, ensuring technical feasibility;'€¢Analyse and document project risks and issues, tracking them to closure;'€¢Evaluate and assess result of project.

Competencies:

'€¢Proven working experience with Agile Development/ Scrum.'€¢Solid technical background, with understanding or hands- on experience in software development and web technologies.'€¢Excellent customer management skills.'€¢Solid organisational skills.'€¢Strong ability to handle multiple projects.'€¢Proven leadership skills.

Education and Experience:

'€¢Project Management qualification (ideally PMP) or equivalent such as PRINCE2.'€¢Bachelor's degree required.'€¢At least 5 years' experience in project management.
