Technical Support Manager

£50,000 - £55,000 depending on experience

My client, a leading financial services company is seeking a Technical Support Manager to manage a Technical Support team who are responsible to identifying, prioritising and resolving reported problems. As the Technical Support Manager you will lead and develop the Technical Support team to maintain the problem management databases and other software so that activities and performance can be monitored.

This is an organisation that invests heavily to provide the latest technologies and offer outstanding work conditions. The organisation is going through a rapid expansion programme and progression opportunities will be abundant.

The successful Technical Support Manager will possess the following skills and experiences:-

*Previous management of a technical support team in a multi national environment.

*Manage a team of highly experienced IT professionals that are responsible for planning, prioritising and scheduling systems such as; Networks, Messaging and Support Activities.

*Analysing requests and identify recurring problems to resolve these.

*Manage audits of information technology systems and infrastructure systems are secure and supported.
