Agile Delivery Lead - Embedded Software

Our client are an innovative and forward-thinking organisation who are on an industry wide transformation journey, looking to change the way technology is integrated across the business.

You will be responsible for the definition and delivery of embedded application products and services, working closely with the development team, to define the product and ensure successful delivery in an agile manner.

You must be a passionate and energetic leader versed in both product ownership and agile principles, ideally with first-hand experience of embedded application development.

Essential:

* Experience of working with multiple stakeholders to define requirements for agile delivery

* Experience leading software teams to track and report progress of assigned work package.

* Experience and practiced in the deployment of project management methodologies to software projects utilising agile approaches.

* Experience for planning, execution and delivery of the software deliverables to meet specified requirement.

* Tracking/monitoring status of a software projects

* Experience of effectively planning and coordinating the development activities with respect to the various dependencies.

* Ensuring and promoting quality within the development teams.

* Highly proficient communicator

Desirable:

* Experience of product ownership and or scrum master in an embedded application development team

* Experience of developing embedded application software (C, Linux)

* Agile project management qualification

* Working with global teams across time zones

* Knowledge of Automotive Software

* Experience of delivering change in an organisation
