A Support Analyst is required for and initial 7 week contract (with the possibility of extension) to help reduce a backlog of over 5,000 requests to set up accounts for users. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS ROLE IS INSIDE IR35
Essential Skills and Experience:
*Customer Service Experience
*MS Packages knowledge
*Ability to work on own Initiative
*Previous Service Desk experience
*Previous Admin experience
