We are proud to be working with a leading online retailer seeking to appoint a new Director of FP&A.
Having expanded nationally and internationally my client is looking to appoint a credible & strategic finance professional to join an established team, and to work with key stakeholders in driving commercial insight to support further international growth. The role will be responsible for leading and engaging the FP&A team.

Role Requirements:
* Proven experience in all aspects of financial management including financial planning and analysis, commercial finance and accounting
* Track record of delivery through business partnering
* Experience of working in a fast paced multi product company
* Experience in an international business
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills and able to provide credible constructive challenge to senior leaders
* Ability to influence cross-functional teams to act and drive change management
* Proven ability to develop talent and leaders
Key Deliverables:
* Leading the commercial forecasting and budgeting process
* Ownership of all gross margin, client and product analysis
* Business partnering senior stakeholders including European CFO, European CEO and country managers. Provide insight, support and leadership on decisions based on thorough and robust analysis
* Ownership of the International Finance relationship
* Preparing, assessing and challenging business cases
* Ownership of the FP&A team which comprises of supply chain finance, FP&A and client finance. Leading them to add value to their requisite business partners through analysis and challenge
* Establish a meaningful management information system that will leverage value centric decision making.
* Identify opportunities and develop solutions to enhance margins of existing contracts
* Lead and deliver operational cost base initiatives
* Proactively develop business relationships with key senior internal and external customer
* Ownership of a range of ad-hoc projects
Successful Candidate
* Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA
* High energy and dynamic individual
* Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to communicate and influence people at all levels within the business
* Experience within the Retail/E-commerce industry
