Spring Technology is currently recruiting for a 2nd Line Support Analyst within the Sunderland area. If you are looking for a challenging but rewarding role, assisting a busy IT support team in providing an effective end user support service, then this is a good opportunity to secure a potentially extendable contract.

This will be contracted initially for 3 months, with a pay rate of £15.49 per hour, based upon an average 37 hour week.

Our client is looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic 2nd Line Support Analyst to provide on going support within the clients IT estate, particularly contributing your knowledge on Citrix products such as XenDesktop, XenApp and also Microsoft SCCM. This will also reach into some 3rd line support, so would be a great opportunity for progression from 2nd line support only.

Skills:

*Background in 2nd line support, with the confidence to work at 3rd line too

*Working knowledge of MS Windows server 2003, 2008 and 2012, along with supporting general MS products

*Knowledge of supporting Citrix XenDesktop, XenApp and App-V

*Microsoft SCCM and System Centre Virtual Machine Manager
