Technical Support Analyst - French Speaking 
Watford, Hertfordshire  
£30,000 - £33,000 DOE  

SirsiDynix is an exciting technology company that creates enabling software to support library operations the world over. Our innovations have allowed local and national libraries to remain relevant, vital assets in an increasingly digital environment.  

Now, we’re looking for a bilingual Technical Support Analyst to provide a high level of technical support to librarians and library staff in Europe.  

As a Technical Support Analyst, you will:  

- Join the Global Customer Support Team  
- Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner  
- Collaborate with other departments to help resolve technical issues  


To be considered, you’ll need:  

- Previous experience in a web application and technical support role  
- Fluency in French, both written and verbal, in addition to English  
- Great customer service skills  
- A service-oriented attitude  
- A passion for solving complex problems  
- Strong team-working skills  

Knowledge of library technology would be beneficial to your application, as would a degree level qualification in a relevant field, such as Information Systems.  

We’re eager to hear from individuals with experience as a Technical Support Analyst, Support Analyst, Customer Support Advisor, Technical Support Advisor, IT Support Technician, Application Support Technician, Helpdesk Technician or Service Desk Analyst.
