An excellent opportunity for a curious Software Developer Team Lead to join a world leading Software house in a newly created team & position. The Software Developer Team Lead will be creating a team from scratch, then lead on the development on a range of products for a newly formed business area.

We are looking for highly motivated Software Developer Team Lead with the below capabilities:

* Strong background within hands-on development

* AWS, Cloud, NoSQL, TDD, Paired Agile experience beneficial

* Experience of team leadership / management

* A genuine interest in the latest technology

Your main responsibilities as a Software Developer Team Lead will be to build a team, then develop and influence new products/projects. We are looking for someone innovative, that can challenge and push boundaries. The team size we're looking to create is around 6-8, the majority of your time will be designing cutting edge solutions, then using your expertise to guide the team to develop and deliver them.

We work in a completely Agile environment and like staff that enjoy doing so.
