My client is currently recruiting for an IT Support Consultant with Windows Operating Systems for an initial 6 month project based in Rothenberg OR Platling, Germany

The candidate must have some proficiency in the German language skills.

Essential Skills:

Technical helpdesk or technical call center experience is necessary.

Disciplined, systematic problem solving skills required.

Hands on experience in troubleshooting Lotus Notes

Windows Operating systems

Clients: Windows10, Windows7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 2000

Servers: Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Windows 2008, windows2012

Knowledge of Active Directory, office 365

ITSM ticketing tools such as Service Now

Remote desktop connectivity applications like SCCM, WebEx, Live Meeting, and Windows Native tools

MS Office Suite (XP, 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013): MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Outlook, MS Project, and MS Visio

Internet browsers (e.g. Explorer, Chrome, Firefox),

VPN and remote dial-in users

Support for laptop, desktops, and printers

PDA and blackberry/iPhone support

Others: Adobe Acrobat and other common desktop applications like Winzip, etc

My client is offering competitive day rates and is looking to move quickly on this role with interview slots scheduled in the coming week.
