IT Commercial Manager urgently required for our Central Government, London based client on a 6 month initial contract + possible extensions (Outside IR35).

Responsibilities:

* Working with project staff to put commercial arrangements in place in line with best practice that provide value for money whilst supporting successful delivery.

* Ensuring that all commercial vehicles comply with procurement policy and legislation.

* Reporting progress and preparing commercial updates including any value for money savings achieved to the wider commercial community.

* Negotiating with IT suppliers and analysing IT cost models.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a multi supplier environment, delivering end to end solutions and experience of building and maintaining effective relationships with their own team, business community, key stakeholders and suppliers. Public Sector experience is also essential.
