1st Line Support Analyst

Location: Hertfordshire

Duration: 6 months initial

Day Rate: £100 - £125

1st Line Support Analyst - We are actively seeking a number of 1st Line Support Analysts to join a ground breaking, leading Technology Company based in Hertfordshire for an initial 6 months. The 1st Line Support Analysts will join the Service Desk team to help support their internal and external customers.

The 1st Line Support Analysts will be responsible for logging tickets, taking care of multiple enquiries and escalating them where need be. The 1st Line Support Analysts will need to have strong customer service experience and solid attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity for the 1st Line Support Analysts to join a multi-award winning, forward thinking Technology Company and grow within a well-established team.

Key Skills for the 1st Line Support Analysts:

* Excellent Customer Service experience.

* Previously worked in a 1st Line Support / Service Desk position.
