£35,000 - £40,000 + Progression + Overtime + Holiday + Pension

Excellent opportunity for a Building Services Engineer or Consultant to join a rapidly expanding design consultancy that operate worldwide, provide the opportunity to enhance skills and experience through training and the prospect to progress into senior roles in the future.

This ambitious company, based in Glasgow are rapidly expanding through many of their departments. They specialise in design consultancy and building service engineering and have a wide range of clients worldwide.

In this role you will be responsible for managing your own projects above a skilled team, building relationships and rapports with new and existing clients, liaising with the design team, carrying out client visits, producing reports and mark up's and consulting with clients throughout the process.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a senior role, have excellent knowledge and understanding of fire strategies and building services and hold a Fire Engineering degree and be keen and ambitious and look to build a long term career.

The Role:

*Carrying out client and site visits

*Liaising with the design team to consult on best applications for the project

*Compiling reports and mark-up drawings for the use of the design team

The Person:

*Fire Engineer degree qualified (or other relevant degree)

*Have a background in fire strategy and building services

*Effective written and verbal communication

*Able to manage various projects to a high level of professionalism
