We are currently looking for Project Management office / Project Manager for our Energy client in Düsseldorf

Start: ASAP / 18.02.2019

End: 16.08.2019

Location: Essen

Volume: Fulltime (min 3-4 Days)

Travel: 10-20 Percent

Background: Manager needs support for current project with strong Project Management skills keeping project within time, budget and scope

Skills

- Project Management Office / Project Manager

- Support internal program managers to manage a large vehicle-to-grid (V2G) program in a complex, international setup across various client entities and business areas

- Support project managers to create and maintain work plans which lay down detailed schedules of activities, milestones, and deliverables of the project team

- Monitor progress and resources required to deliver the program/ project

- Perform risk analysis and list out potential problems and chances of deviance from the project methodology, the probability of such occurrences, the possible impact, and possible solutions

- Communicate project progress to stakeholders and create awareness for V2G within the wider organization

- Ensure audit-proof record-keeping and reporting across the whole program

- Creation of monthly/ quarterly reports in PowerPoint format

Required Skill:

- At least 5 years experience Energy industry

- Deep knowledge in project management; keeping projects within time, budget, scope- Ability to work independently and to defined deadlines in a flexible multi-discipline and international environment

- Strong knowledge in project management methods

- Strong stakeholder Management skills

- Strong Experience with doing Risk analysis

- Good relationship building and communication skills

- Willingness to travel

- Fluent in English

Nice-to-have Skills:

- Automotive industry knowledge

- Knowledge and experience in European energy markets and balancing products
