The client:

The client is seeking a Business Analysis within there Luton Office.

The role:

As a BA you will be part of a team responsible for the on going development of the new multi-channel marketing platform. The platform has been implemented to enable the CRM teams to deliver personalised marketing programs

The Responsibilities:

*Be involved with the Scrum team during the sprint cycle, focussing on efficiency and standardisation

*As a BA you will sit within the Group CRM business function and will be responsible for understanding the needs of and facilitating the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders.

*Work closely with the digital transformation teams and efficiently deliver the required platform enhancements during our Sprint cycles.

The requirements:

*Experience of CRM and data driven marketing, sales and service platforms (SAP, IBM, Oracle etc.)

*Experience of requirements elicitation methods including business process modelling (BPM), UML, use cases and prototyping

*Substantial experience of delivering large data migration projects, specifically understanding the uses of data to drive business deliverables such as campaigns and reporting
