Business Analyst - Demand & Supply Planning wanted for our Lausanne based client in the food industry.

Your experience/skills:

* 3+ years' experience in Demand & Supply Planning regarding the whole process from Demand Planning to Factory Execution and also in context of ERP system implementation or upgrade, pharmaceutical background beneficial

* Competent handling of cross-functional projects connected with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Quality as well as the ability to communicate efficiently in a multicultural and international environment

* Expertise in optimizing the processes within Supply Chain and a deep understanding of how they integrate with other business stream

* Prior ERP system experience is important

* Completed higher education, specialization in Supply Chain preferred

* Know-how in Computer System Validation (CSV) is plus

* Languages: fluent English and French both written and spoken

Your tasks:

* Performing functional evaluations of gaps between different versions of the ERP system, deciding and documenting the DSP functional scope in the Business Blueprint

* Building and reviewing delta training documentation prepared by the SC&P team as well as providing training support whenever required

* Contributing to the validation of the ERP system in the process areas relating to DSP in SC&P

* Testing the upgraded ERP system before delivering it to the end users at the production sites, market affiliates and global head office

* Ensuring appropriate communication of the planned changes to the production sites and affiliates while assuring the alignment between different systems and programs
