Change & Engage Lead: Deliverables and Accountabilities
Work alongside Leadership Potential Identification (LPI) project lead to quickly immerse self in project, including background, current status and open issues. Subsequently to work in close partnership with project lead to:
* Independently manage the Change and Engage workstream activities, both through delivery of own tasks and allocating/ reviewing the input of 2 x internal communications advisors also contributing to this workstream;
* Review existing engagement plans and finalise, to include:
* Expansion of C&E plan to include employee consultation activities and strategic engagements (HR Leadership Teams etc);
* Advise on most appropriate channels to ensure balance is met between awareness and engagement vs over-communication by HR community in busy year of activity.
* Working with representatives from Learning to design and execute activities to upskill line managers and employees. This requires intervention at multiple levels, including broad mindset, addressing underlying beliefs and practical 'how to' concerns;
* Development and delivery of User Experience (UX) approach to ensure end users are involved and consulted at key decision points. Subsequent ownership of UX activities (in partnership with other workstream representatives where relevant);
* Ensure alignment with other HR projects, including:
* Represent project at regular alignment calls to ensure representation in joint plan, flag clashes and spot opportunities for working together;
* Support broader work regarding creation of aligned messaging between LPI project and performance management project, including working messages in to content produced.
* Production of project content and materials - some personally and some via the IC advisors. Includes:
* Slide decks for engagements;
* Materials for different user segments, e.g. line managers, employees, Talent Operations;
* Frequently Asked Questions;
* Note: project lead will retain accountability for papers e.g. to HR Executive etc.
* Management of Sharepoint and associated materials;
* Management of Yammer (if applicable);
* Playing a core part of LPI project team; working across workstreams to identify C&E implications and alignment of messages into cohesive actions.
