Do you have a knowledge of cranes/plant or the construction industry? Do you have a background in sales?

This company are well established in the area and are currently expanding their fleet of mobile cranes which they hire out to construction companies. They are well known for their excellent client relations and training/progression of their staff. They are looking for a proactive individual to go out to clients and identify new business opportunities.

In this role you will be trained on the company cranes and shadow an experienced sales engineer until you are confident enough to manage your own clients. You will then be responsible for sourcing new business and managing your existing clients to provide them with an excellent service and represent the company. This will be a mixture of office and field based work.

The ideal candidate will have a background in cranes/ plant/ construction, any background considered, driver, engineer, someone with basic knowledge etc., looking to take on a more hands off role with real progression.

The Role:

* Managing your client accounts

* Identifying new client opportunities

* Representing the company and actively selling crane hire

* Office and field based (London & Essex)

The Person:

* Experience with or knowledge of cranes/ construction/ plant

* Proactive and confident personality

* Previous sales experience is desirable
