* Strong understanding of Microsoft Server environments.
* Provide 1st-3rd line support
* Server Admin, Troubleshooting, Build
* Network administration: Routers, Switches, Patching, Cabling
Technical Skills
1. Microsoft Windows 7 and 10
2. Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016
3. Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
4. Office 365 administration
Desirable Skills
1. Mimecast administration
2. Cisco Meraki network administration
3. Microsoft Navision Microsoft
4. Microsoft SharePoint
5. Backups
