NetSuite Cash Accountant - Temp to perm

I am working with a leading managment services firm who are currently in the market for an experienced Cash Accountant to join their team on an initial contract basis. After a succseful project there is an extremley strong chance of recieving a permananet offer.

Responsibilities will include:

* Responsible for timely invoicing of all clients

* Produce aged debtor reports and liaise with the sales team to recover debt in a timely manner, using interpersonal skills to minimize any damage to customer - account team

* Ensure AP targets are met and suppliers are paid on time

* manager relationships

* Manage and control active contracts with clients to support the sales

* Responsible for timely resolution of supplier queries

* Assist in the company's management of Net Working Capital

* Communicate effectively with all functions across the business

* Identify areas for process improvement

* Prepare and report appropriate KPI's to senior management

* Prepare and distribute reports to senior management

* Assist with month end process

* Assist in budget preparation where required

* Ad hoc duties as required

Required skills and experience:

* NetSuite

* Strong AP / AR skills and a willingness to make sure these functions are serving the needs of the wider business

* A willingness to liaise with colleagues at all levels

* Strong Excel skills

* High level of attention to detail

* Team-orientated; a can do attitude and flexible approach

* Able to work under pressure
