Security Systems Engineer - Swift / Windows / Linux with profound financial Messaging knowledge wanted for our Basel based client in the banking sector.
Your experience/skills:
* Professional background as Systems Engineer with profound knowledge of Windows and Linux servers, especially regarding Security and Encrypted Communications, good understanding of Systems Architecture is advantageous
* Experience with Financial Messaging, ideally including Bottomline Technologies Financial Messaging suite
* Familiarity with Oracle Databases, Virtual Servers (VMWare), Red Hat Enterprise 7, Control-M, FircoSoft AML and Middleware such as IBM MQ Series
* Profound Knowledge of monitoring Cyber / IT Security using IBM QRadar, TripWire, Nexpose and Nagios coupled with knowledge of encryption standards
* Master Degree in Computer Science or equivalent education coupled with a 5+ years' relevant experience is desirable
* Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
* Implementing Swift features within a security environment
* Managing the annual self-attestation to the SWIFT Customer Security Programme
* Joining the Financial Messaging team in managing the Bank's financial messaging applications
* Paying special attention to the applications Security, Audit and Resilience
