Premier Edinburgh IT Support company is looking for a solid support person to join their highly successful Managed Service team.

They offer a full outsourced IT service to a varied client base, covering hardware and software services and ongoing support and strategic advice. This company over a complete one-stop shop for all IT requirements for small to medium enterprises.

They are looking to recruit top rate Support Engineers to join their professional and friendly team based in their Edinburgh office. The successful candidate will primarily be offering remote support to clients for their IT systems.

Key Experience/ Characteristics preferred for the role would centre around previous experience in providing support to end-users around the Microsoft Windows/Office ecosystem, with special preference shown to candidates with good quality skills around the Office365 suite of applications.

Candidates need to be an experienced IT Professional with great customer service capabilities, and proven track record at delivering high quality remote support in a busy environment.

Experience and technical knowledge of Apple products and systems would be advantageous, as would experience in basic coding and script writing.

This role will also involve a degree of infrastructure management on behalf of their client base, and supporting key networking equipment, so basic knowledge of networking tools and network troubleshooting is needed.

Salary will be dependent upon experience and technical ability. Ideally, this would suit an established Support Engineer with 2 years or more solid experience looking to prove themselves in a demanding role that offers excellent advancement opportunities.
