Design Manager

£40,000 - £50,000 + Career Progression + Pension + Holiday

Are you a design engineer looking for your next step in your career?

You will have the opportunity to manage a team of 16 designers within an interesting and challenging role and the responsibility to lead teams through major change programmes.

This role is based in Livingstone and specialise in the design and manufacture of museum showcases all over the workd.

This role is about daily management alongside a strategic change programme that you will define and manage with support from our Engineering team and external partners.

We work closely as a team making the best products in the world and as such this key role will require a creative, driven, diligent leader with excellent attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a deisgn team of 10 or more engineers.

This is a great role for a somebody with a background in Design to drive the company towards their goals of growing, develop skills and manage the design department and progress their career. This will allow you to join an ambitious company where you will play a key part in its growth and development.
