My client are one of the market leaders in the development of ADAS Automotive technology and are looking to expand their C++ software team, looking for a C++ Software Engineer who has an interest in Computer Vision and Algorithm development work.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering novel solutions to vision based processing problems for commercial applications and the enthusiasm to push themselves futher. As a Software Engineer you would be helping us deliver state-of-the-art software, to an exciting growing industry from within a vibrant and multinational team.

Job description:

> Research and development of computer vision algorithms (Matlab and C/C++)
> Topics include: 3D object detection, parking marking and kerb detection, trailer modelling and online camera calibration.
> Techniques include: structure from motion, deep learning, image filtering and transforms, 3D geometry and tracking
> Prototyping in Matlab, porting to C++, refinement using in-house simulation tools
> Continual improvement of algorithms through automated and live testing in vehicles
> Ensure the quality of the delivered software
Essential:

>- Good degree in Computer Science / Engineering, Maths or Physics (MSc or PhD preferred)
>- Computer vision algorithms for commercial applications
>- Advanced Matlab and C/C++ programming skills
>- Source control systems (Git) and bug tracking (Jira)
>- Strong communication and presentation skills
