My leading client is looking for a Tooling Architect / Technical Architect to work on a key project around operational and Service Management tools architecture and design. You will be tasked with designing best practices around the management, support and monitoring of the IT Tooling and Automation and its technology elements/components and work with cross functional teams to implement Tooling and Automation solutions.

You will be gathering requirements and design Tooling and Automation solution to meet business needs, best practice and integration, conduct Technology POC, gather business requirements gathering and have good understanding of existing Cloud services

Technical Skills

* PRTG

* HP/Microfocus Monitoring Tool Sets

* Microfocus uCMDB

* Scripting

Must have good knowledge in the following areas:

* Service Management tools

* Monitoring tools

* Servers technology IBM P-Series and X86 (Cluster and High Availability)

* Virtualisation and storage technology

* Disaster Recovery requirement

* LAN/WAN technology

* Unified Communication (Lync Voice, Data and Video)

* End User Platform

* Data Centre infrastructure

Desirable Skills:

* IBM Q Radar

* Logrythym protective monitoring

* Savision
