I'm currently recruiting for a growing MSP based in Northamptonshire that are looking to add an experienced Infrastructure Specialist. They provide services and support to a variety of clients in the private and public sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of supporting Wintel as well as project experience.

In return you will recieve a basic salary of up to 40k and a number of other benefits.

Responsibilities:

- Provide 3rd line support to customers

- Work with, train and mentor field, 1st and 2nd line engineers

- Create and maintain infrastructure

- Escalate incidents to TL's
